Photo ID Required for Mail Pickup

Beginning October 1st, 2009, the Forsyth County Department of Social Services will require all customers picking up mail to present a photo ID. Photocopies of ID’s will no longer be accepted. We regret any inconvenience this may cause our customers, but believe this measure is necessary to protect the personal, confidential information of our clients from potential identity theft or fraud.
