Sheriff’s Office Receives Bulletproof Vest Grant

The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) has been awarded a grant from the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA), Fiscal Year 2010 Bulletproof Vest Partnership, in the amount of $13, 203.86. The award announcement was received by FCSO on October 7, 2010 and the funds will assist in the cost of purchasing ballistic vests for its law enforcement officers.
