Lieutenant Dennis Henderson Retires

After 20 years of service to Forsyth County, Lieutenant Dennis Henderson has retired from the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office.

Lieutenant Henderson began his career with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in December of 1992 as a Detention Officer at the Law Enforcement Detention Center (LEDC). He was promoted in 1995 to Corporal and then Sergeant in 1998. He has served at the LEDC in security his entire career. Lieutenant Henderson’s promotion to Lieutenant in 2007 further proved his skills as a leader for staff and inmates.
