Detention Lieutenant Kelly B. Troutman Retires

Detention Lieutenant Kelly B. Troutman began his Law Enforcement career in 1994 with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.

Lieutenant Troutman earned several promotions throughout his career with his most recent promotion to the rank of Lieutenant in 2014.

During his career, Lieutenant Troutman earned his N.C. Deputy Sheriff General Certification, and N.C. Deputy Sheriff Probationary Certification.

Throughout the course of his career, Lieutenant Troutman served in various capacities within the Detention Security Services Division, Detention Operational Services Division, and he was a Forsyth County Sheriff's Office Field Training Instructor. At the time of his retirement, he was in the Detention Security Services Division.
