Corporal Elston “EJ” Johnson Retires

Corporal Elston “EJ” Johnson began his Law Enforcement career in 2004. Corporal Johnson earned several promotions throughout his career with his last promotion to Corporal in 2019. During his career, Corporal Johnson earned several certifications including the North Carolina DOJ General Deputy Sheriff Certificate, the North Carolina DOJ Probationary Deputy Sheriff Certificate, and several detention certifications. Corporate Johnson received two (2) Staff Member of the Month awards and the Staff Member of the Year award. He also received the FCSO Life Saving Award. Throughout the course of his career, Corporal Johnson served in the Law Enforcement Detention Center and various positions in the Judicial Services Division. The Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office wishes Corporal Elston “EJ” Johnson all the best in his future endeavors.
