N.C. Extension & Community Association, Inc.

The mission of the North Carolina Extension and Community Association, Inc. is to strengthen families through:

  • Leadership Development
  • Volunteer Work
  • Educational Support
  • Research-based education from North Carolina State University and North Carolina A&T State University

Members of our ECA organization volunteer in many capacities to enhance their club, county and community. Examples of recent volunteer projects initiated by the ECA members include a hospital art project, making therapeutic pillows for cardiac patients and making caps and dolls for children in area hospitals.

The following is a list of ECA clubs in Forsyth County: Broadbay, Griffith, Jonestown, North Forsyth, Peacehaven, Pine Grove, Sharon, and University Park. To volunteer or join a club, contact the Forsyth Cooperative Extension Service at (336) 703-2850.
