Communications Shift Supervisor Starlene Wolfe has displayed leadership skills and teamwork during a time of severe staff shortages. An entire shift that followed her shift called in sick and Star was able, in addition to her regular responsibilities, to schedule and ensure appropriate staffing levels were met and maintained. The shortage would have affected not only her shift but also the vacant shift. She managed this in a calm manner and was able to garner the cooperation of her fellow team members.

Star demonstrated leadership and a high level of responsibility to the Communications Section. She is commended for her actions and is an asset to the FCSO. Congratulations Star!
