Deputy Falke is a dedicated, well respected officer. He is often called upon to provide extra services while performing his normal daily assignments. He is utilized to serve outstanding warrants for the records department as well as taking out criminal charges on inmates who violate the Law while in the facility.

Deputy Falke has also been chosen on numerous occasions to serve as the Special Response Team Leader. He has proven his ability to make sound and quick decisions in dealing with the inmate population who become uncooperative or disruptive. The team looks to Deputy Falke as a leader who makes the right choices for the facility, inmates, officers and supervisors.
