In March 2013, the Administrative Services Division had an essential administrative position removed. The vacancy forced reallocation of staff to cover duties. Kelly began training and accepted the complicated duties of Process Intake. Main responsibilities include, balancing the daily deposit, receiving and accurately processing large volumes of numerous types of documents, collecting money for documents that need to be served in Forsyth County, and assisting the public with any questions they have regarding processes. Assistance is also provided to the main receptionist with answering the overflow phone calls made to the Sheriff’s Office, to Civil Deputies with processing paperwork, and to the Clerk’s Office with various types of documents such as evictions, executions, recalls, child support, and order for arrests.
Kelly has taken on the responsibilities that come with this position graciously. Learning such a large quantity of information in a short time can be daunting, but she is doing a great job. Kelly has been a Records Specialist since June of 2009. Congratulations Kelly!
