Master Deputy Williams is assigned to the Civil Section’s Eviction Unit. Each day, she performs numerous evictions of residents from their homes. This requires a great deal of patience, professionalism and tactical awareness. Despite the negative environment she is required to work in, she always maintains a superior appearance and attitude. During the month of June, Master Deputy Williams took the initiative to research and present legal updates to the eviction statues that are scheduled to take place on September 1st. Her research along with other suggestions she offered, resulted in revamping and clarifying several key areas in the Eviction Section thus ensuring that our Office continues to operate in the most efficient and legal manner possible.
