Corporal Tilley of the Investigative Services Division has recently stepped up to the plate on numerous occasions to assist when there has been staffing issues in our division. He has volunteered to take on extra responsibilities , especially in the area o administrative siutes and his role as an impromptu IT specialist for the building move. Corporal Tilley has taken on the responsibilities of case review, case assignment and has helped in supporting majotr investigations of other investigators that aid in making successful cases.

Many of these responsibilities are "non-glamorous" and happen behind the scenes, which often go unnoticed. His actions are illustrative of true teamwork: taking on seemingly menial tasks for the good of the division, in supporting his fellow investigators and in assisting his supervision. Corporal Tilley's actions and attitude increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Investigative Services Division and the FCSO.
