Sergeant R. Burrow has been assigned to Judicial Services Civil Section for several years. He has a vast knowledge of all civil processes and restrictions regarding the service of these processes. Sergeant Burrow has researched processes on numerous occasions and provided direction to attorneys and staff of the Clerk of Court regarding the legality of the process service provided by the FCSO.

Sergeant Burrow has trained his staff to be meticulous in documentation of payments received and the correct way to return processes through the court system. He is helpful in assisting fellow staff members in taking preventative measures on time sensitive processes. Sergeant Burrow's knowledge and experience has become invaluable to the Judicial Services Division. He is recognized for continued hard work and dedication to the FCSO.
