The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office Processing Services Section has gone through a considerable amount of changes at the end of 2013. The consolidation of Records and Process Intake Units into one dynamic working environment has been complicated and sometimes confusing for staff members. One staff member, Mr. Saylor, has gone above and beyond with this new adjustment. Not only does he excel with completing the continuous civil/criminal paperwork that is received, but he also assists others with a professional demeanor.

Mr. Saylor volunteers to cover any deficiency that may develop in the Processing Services Section. If Reception requires immediate staff coverage, Mr. Saylor will be the first to seek approval from supervision to assist. If the late shift obtains excessive amount of domestic paperwork, Mr. Saylor offers to help without delay.

Mr. Saylor's initiative also goes beyond the Process Intake Unit. He has also made a positive impact within the Records Unit by collecting domestic updates from the Hall of Justice in the afternoon in an attempt to eliminate the chaos of receiving the paperwork at the end of the workday. Mr. Saylor promotes an enjoyable working environment due to his teamwork, commitment, and kind disposition. He is very knowledgeable and is always professional when his co-workers and supervision ask questions.
