Deputy D. Tubbs began working with the Court Security Section in November 2013. He completed training quickly and observed the need for a standing policy regarding cell extractions of inmates. Deputy Tubbs brought the need to supervision and offered to help draft a new policy.
Deputy Tubbs presented the policy to supervision in January, which included detailed information and drawings. This task was voluntary by Deputy Tubbs and he went above and beyond assigned duties. Due to Deputy Tubbs' dedication to teamwork and concern for safety, the Court Security Section is more prepared to handle daily duties.
