Detention Officer S. Anderson has been employed with the FCSO since December of 2010. She is a very knowledgeable and flexible staff member, often assigned in different areas of the Detention Center.

On March 27, Detention Officer Anderson was assigned to an inmate housing unit. While collecting and inspecting shaving razors from inmates, she noticed an altered razor blade. Upon further inspection, Detention Officer Anderson determined that a piece of foil was fashioned to replace the missing razor blade. The inmate in question was interviewed and returned the stolen blade.

Due to Detention Officer Anderson's close attention to detail, the razor blade was located, diffusing a potentially harmful environment for inmates and fellow staff members.
