Diana Henderson has been employed with the Forsyth County Sheriffs Office since April 4, 1991. Mrs. Henderson worked as a Patrol Deputy and was a part of the K9 unit when she retired in 2012. On May 6,2013 Mrs. Henderson returned to work at the Sheriffs Office as a part-time Telecommunicator.

Mrs. Henderson has continued to be a dedicated and reliable employee. In recent months, the Communications Section has endured a period of significant staff shortage. Mrs. Henderson has been a great asset to the section by being available to work at short notice and is available for both day and night shift. Not only has Mrs. Henderson gone above and beyond her work duties, she has also maintained her position as part time Telecommunicator with Wake Forest University.

Mrs. Henderson is commended for her teamwork and commitment to the Communications Section.
