On December 4th, 2015, a letter of commendation was received regarding the actions of Deputy D. Little. The letter stated:

“I would like to commend Officer Little who came to my house about 5 weeks ago to investigate what I thought was a mailbox vandalism case. He took the information and came to my house within 10 minutes. He determined it was not vandalism but my mailbox screws became unscrewed. He not only investigated but fixed the mailbox. He is an officer to be proud of. He is an excellent example of your office. Thank you for providing such excellent officers.”
