The IT staff works closely with the Processing Services Section to assist with multiple computer issues, software troubleshooting and modification of user rights. Each request is handled promptly and efficiently, allowing Processing Services Section to run smoothly. Mr. Michael Wright has gone above and beyond his scope of duties by correcting multiple reports and creating applications to assist operations.

Mr. Wright created two exceptional applications that have greatly benefited the Processing Services Section. He worked closely with Records supervision to ensure the new application was operational, resourceful and user friendly. After the new application was ready for end users, he installed the application on each computer as well as answering all questions. Each day Records & Process Intake interacts with other FCSO and WSPD staff members regarding cases and other legal paperwork. Mr. Wright created an application that allows Records staff to quickly contact staff members via work phone, cell or e-mail.

Mr. Wright is knowledgeable, diligent and creative. His assistance and hard work has been beneficial and has proven to be a major asset to the Processing Services Section as well as the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office.
