Mrs. Ball is very energetic and eager to assist anyone. She is organized and completes her tasks in a timely manner. Mrs. Ball accepts any challenge that is given to her without hesitation and she is always looking for ways to help her fellow employees as well as the agency. She is a dedicated employee and an asset to this organization. Mrs. Ball realizes the importance of customer service and she displays a professional attitude and demeanor while dealing with the public, detention personnel, ADA’s, attorneys, medical staff, and other law enforcement agencies.

Teresa Ball is currently assigned as the Senior Office Assistant to Captain R. L. Settles Jr., the Commander of Security in the Detention Bureau. She has been an employee with Forsyth County Sheriff's Office since April 2008.
