On July 28, 2016, Detention Officer Bray was assigned to 4A dormitory. He observed an inmate displaying erratic and unusual behavior. The inmate fell to the floor in his cell and Detention Officer Bray requested a nurse for medical attention. Due to Detention Officer Bray’s intuitiveness, the inmate was moved to a different cell and a search was conducted. During the search a copious amount of prescription narcotics was discovered hidden inside of the inmate's walking cane. Detention Officer Bray’s diligent attention to detail and keen observation skills led to the seizure of contraband. Detention Officer Bray has been employed with the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office since January 2015.
