During the months of October and November, Investigator Roberts began a narcotics investigation that involved the sale of heroin within Forsyth County. Through the use of surveillance and training, a search warrant was obtained. As a result of the search warrant, the offender and four additional occupants of the house were arrested on drug related charges. Two other subjects were also arrested and turned over to Probation and Parole on outstanding warrants.

Investigator Roberts observed a large number of power tools within residence. With information gained from the investigation, it was discovered the subjects stole various tools, trailers and a truck to trade for narcotics. A second search warrant was drafted which resulted in numerous property items seized and recovered. Investigator Roberts worked diligently to obtain search warrants in order to arrest the offenders. Area residents praised Investigator Roberts for her service in helping stop illegal activity in the community.
