On November 17th, Detention Officer Bray was making a security round in one of the inmate housing dormitories at the Law Enforcement Detention Center. He stopped to pick up a medical request form handed to him. After reading the medical request form, Officer Bray noticed that there were warning signs that the inmate was potentially thinking about harming himself. Officer Bray asked the inmate what was meant by some of his statements so that the proper help and assistance could be provided.

Officer Bray’s attention to detail helped maintain the safety and security of the inmate and facility.
