Detention Corporal J. Sigman has been a dedicated employee of the Detention Bureau for over 10 years. Corporal Sigman is the Law Enforcement Detention Center’s Warehouse Manager. Recently he has been an invaluable asset during the major construction project of replacing the facilities kitchen floor. He was involved in every aspect of the project and often worked outside his schedule or altered his schedule to ensure the success of the project while maintaining a positive attitude.
