Mrs. Troutman was observed wiping down the patrol car with the memorial flag on it for Deputy Reudelhuber and watering all the plants that were left by the community. This was not a part of her job but the care and concern that she showed to make sure that everything was presentable to give to the Reudelhuber family is what makes her an exemplary staff member.
