Ms. M. Wright has been selected as Civilian Employee of the Month for January 2024. Ms. Wright plays an indispensable role in Fleet/Procurement, managing a substantial workload with efficiency and dedication. Since November 2023, Ms. Wright has taken on the critical task of assisting the Business Office with the entry of "Boot Voucher" invoices for payment to Harrison’s Work Wear. This responsibility involves meticulously reviewing and auditing each invoice before accurately entering the payment document in FC Connect. Furthermore, Ms. Wright has stepped up to assist in processing contracts for Brady Integrated Security and Automon, addressing a significant backlog. Her contribution has alleviated the workload of the Business Office, demonstrating her commitment to the team's success. Ms. Wright’s willingness to take on these additional assignments showcases her outstanding teamwork and initiative. She has shown a genuine interest in expanding her knowledge of the agency's financial functions, and her meticulous attention to detail in the day-to-day submission of Requests for Purchase and P-Card Reporting reflects her confidence and capability in handling diverse tasks. Ms. Wright’s exceptional performance, dedication, and invaluable assistance have made a positive impact on the operations conducted by the Business Office.
