Public Information Team. The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office's (FCSO) Public Relations Team deserves immense praise for their exceptional work in planning and executing a very successful FCSO Family Food Truck Festival & Cruise-In on August 24, 2024 in Clemmons. This community event was an undeniable triumph, drawing over 200 classic cars and an estimated crowd of nearly 4,000 residents, all of whom gathered to enjoy a day of food, fun, and camaraderie with the dedicated deputies of the FCSO. The Public Relations Team’s meticulous coordination and promotion of the festival ensured that the broader community was well aware of this exciting opportunity to connect with their local law enforcement in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. By bringing together such a large and enthusiastic crowd, the festival provided a wonderful platform for open dialogue, with community members freely mingling with sheriff's deputies and gaining a deeper appreciation for the critical work they perform day in and day out. The sheer scale of the event, with its impressive vehicle display and the magnitude of attendees, is a testament to the Public Relations Team’s outstanding efforts in drumming up interest and planning every logistical detail to perfection. Their unwavering commitment to fostering stronger ties between the FCSO and the citizens they serve is truly commendable, and this hugely successful festival is a shining example of the positive impact that can result from such meaningful community engagement initiatives.
Ms. M. Del Aguila Veinrich and Ms. M. Ammons. During the week of August 5, 2024, Crime Analysts Ms. Del Aguila Veinrich and Ms. M. Ammons were tasked with providing crucial data statistics for multiple divisions within an exceptionally short timeframe. Despite the complexity of the request, both analysts delivered precise and accurate data by utilizing the Crystal platform and writing reports using a programming language known as “Code.” Extracting specific data required them to create complex formulas and follow exact instructions in a precise sequence. In addition to this demanding task, they continued to manage their daily responsibilities. These include reviewing every report generated by the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office and neighboring agencies to identify crime patterns and suspects, providing actionable leads to deputies and investigators, and compiling monthly agency-wide reports for townships, zones, schools, and divisions. Their ability to balance these critical functions while handling additional time-sensitive projects demonstrates their exceptional work ethic and dedication. We are very pleased to recognize both analysts for their outstanding contributions and continued commitment to supporting the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office.
