Cybersuite Correctional Services Secure Deposits by CYBERSUITE is a new, effective way to deposit funds electronically for family members. We provide senders with an array of options to make deposits with cash, credit or debit card, including the following.

Toll Free Number (1-636-888-7004) – A friend or family member will have the ability to call into a toll free number and speak with a Customer Service Representative to deposit money into an inmate's trust account using a credit or debit card. Website – A depositor can visit accesscorrections.com.com and deposit funds into a friend or family member's trust account using a credit or debit card. The website has been designed to mix the efficiencies of the internet with the security of online deposits to create the most convenient way to apply funds to an account. Walk-In Retailer - Register at cashpaytoday.com, get a barcode and make cash deposit where you shop, including Dollar General, Family Dollar, CVS and 7-Eleven. Lobby Kiosk - This lobby kiosk is located in the back of the detention center lobby. This kiosk allows friends and family members the ability to deposit funds into an inmate's account using cash, credit and debit cards 24 hours a day. This is a secure location monitored by Forsyth County staff.

Inmates Booked in the Facility

Monday – Friday (before 3:30 pm)

If you have someone that is incarcerated in the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center and they were booked into our facility Monday through Friday before 3:30 PM, you will be able to make deposits to the inmate’s accounts Sunday through Saturday 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the kiosks in the “Records” lobby, located behind the receptionist area.

Friday (after 3:30 pm), Weekends, or Monday (before 10:30 am)

If you have someone that is incarcerated in the Forsyth County Law Enforcement Detention Center and they were booked into our facility on Friday after 3:30 PM, or on the weekend (Saturday & Sunday), or on Monday morning before 10:30 AM, the public will be able to deposit money in the inmate’s account anytime after 11 AM on Monday morning using the kiosks in the “Records” lobby, located behind the receptionist area.
